-In booking furniture the cost if for one days rental. We will arrange for setup either the day of the event (or occasionally the night before) and we will take away immediately following curfew after 12 am unless otherwise decided.
-As Bali is very busy with events, we require 50% down to secure your date and item count. Balance payment is due 30 days before the event. We are flexible in up to 10% +/- to the order but please remember we book multiple events per night and to maximize in business we spread inventory accordingly.
We accept International Wire Transfer or CC (Visa or MC ) with a 4% bank fee and a very unfavorable rate from the bank.
-For multiple day, large events we do offer a small discount to reward your customer loyalty.
-For peak season April through the end of October we require a minimum booking of 3,000,000 in merchandise for orders.
-For broken and misplaced items we do charge the guests or planner, depending on our point of contact for reimbursement.
For some delicate items or large parties we may require a security deposit that is fully refundable once the items are returned unbroken or damaged.
We look to provide strong service and get in to the space in a timely manner and setup quickly and get out to allow the florists and other vendors to come after without any stress or hold up, which requires a clear plan of the space.
Venues- The Sanctuary, Khayanagn, Ketapang, Tantangan, Laut, Karma, Finns Beach,
require a larger handling cost based on the distance to get onto the property for carrying the product.
